Yuna Nails are reusable soft-gel press-ons, shaped and finished to give you a polished manicure without a salon appointment. Choose your preferred design, shape, size, and available length on the product page.

Each set includes 10 press-on nails in your selected size, nail glue, adhesive tabs, a cuticle pusher, nail file, buffer, and a storage box. Yuna sizing runs from XS to L; most product pages show XS to M because these sizes fit most customers. Contact us if you need L or help choosing.

Measure the widest part of each natural nail in millimetres and compare the measurements with our Sizing Guide. Measure both hands because matching fingers can differ slightly.

Choose the slightly larger nail and gently file the side edges until it follows your natural nail. A nail that is too small can feel tight and may lift. If you are between standard sets, send your measurements to us on WhatsApp before ordering.

Almond creates a tapered, elegant look. Square has a straight edge and a structured finish. Squoval combines a square edge with softer corners. Choose the shape that suits your style and daily routine.

These options describe how far the nail extends beyond your fingertip. Extra Short is the most practical for everyday wear, Short offers a little more presence, and Medium gives a more statement finish. Availability depends on the collection and design.

Yes. If a standard size does not suit you, visit Custom Orders and share the measurements of all ten nails. We will confirm the fit and any additional details before production.

Start with clean, dry nails. Push back the cuticles, lightly buff the surface, remove dust and oil, then choose the correct nail for each finger. Apply your tab or glue, position the press-on close to the cuticle at a slight angle, lower it slowly, and press firmly for about 60 seconds.

Use adhesive tabs for shorter wear, easy removal, and maximum reusability. Use nail glue when you want the strongest and longest-lasting hold. Your preparation and application technique affect both methods.

With proper preparation and care, a set can last around 7-14 days per wear. Tabs are better for shorter occasions, while glue generally gives a longer hold. Water exposure, oils, nail preparation, and daily activity can affect wear time.

Avoid hand cream or cuticle oil before application. Gently push back the cuticles, lightly buff away surface shine, remove all dust, and clean each nail so it is completely dry and oil-free.

Use enough to create a thin, even layer without flooding the skin or cuticle. For longer wear, you can place a thin layer on the natural nail and a small amount inside the press-on. Wipe away any excess before it dries.

Use the correct size, apply the tab or glue evenly, and lower the press-on from the cuticle toward the tip instead of placing it flat all at once. Hold firm pressure across the whole nail for about 60 seconds.

The most common causes are oil or moisture on the natural nail, a size that is too small, air trapped during application, or too little adhesive. Reapply only after cleaning and drying both surfaces completely.

Yes. Allow the adhesive to set for at least two minutes after applying the final nail before exposing your hands to water. Wear gloves for cleaning or repeated contact with water and detergents, as frequent soaking can shorten wear time.

Soak your fingertips in warm, soapy water with a little oil. Gently work around the edges with the cuticle pusher until the adhesive releases. Never force or pry the nail off.

Start by soaking them patiently in warm, soapy water with a little oil, then gently loosen the edges as the bond softens. If a stronger glue bond does not release, carefully use a small amount of acetone or nail-glue remover according to its instructions. Keep it away from the decorated surface because it may affect the finish and reduce reusability. Never pull, peel, or force the nail off.

They should not when applied and removed correctly. Most damage happens when a press-on is pulled off before the adhesive has released. Follow the removal steps and stop if you feel resistance or discomfort.

Yes. With careful removal, cleaning, and storage, a Yuna set can be worn up to five times in total. Adhesive tabs generally make reuse easier because they leave less residue than nail glue.

Once removed, gently roll away tab residue or carefully loosen softened glue with the cuticle pusher. Avoid aggressive scraping, bending, or soaking the decorated surface. Let the nails dry fully before storing them.

Clean and dry every nail, then place each one back in the Yuna storage box. Keep the set away from direct heat, sunlight, moisture, and loose items that could scratch the finish.

Remove the press-on gently and stop using adhesive on the affected nail. Keep the area clean and dry. If pain, irritation, or discolouration continues, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before applying another set.

Every Yuna set is made on demand. Standard designs are normally dispatched within 24-48 hours and delivered within 5-7 business days from order confirmation. Sundays and public holidays are not business days. Bespoke custom orders take longer, and we will confirm their timeline before production.

Once your order ships, we will send a tracking link by email, SMS, or WhatsApp where available. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Check your spam or promotions folder and confirm that the email or phone number entered at checkout is correct. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your name, phone number, and payment reference.

Contact us immediately. Because every set is made on demand, an order can only be changed or cancelled before production begins. Once we have started making the set, it cannot be changed or cancelled even if it has not yet shipped.

Message us as soon as possible with your order number and correct details. We can update them only before the order is processed or handed to the courier. Incorrect checkout information can cause delays or failed delivery.

Check with family members, neighbours, building reception, and the courier using the tracking details. If the parcel is still missing, contact us within 48 hours of the latest tracking update so we can investigate with the courier.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send your order number, clear photos of everything received, and photos of the outer packaging. Please keep the packaging until our review is complete.

We currently deliver within India through courier partners selected according to service availability. International shipping is not available at this time.

You can pay using UPI, major debit and credit cards, Google Pay, RuPay, or Cash on Delivery. The payment methods available for your order will appear securely at checkout.

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available on all orders for an additional ₹99 COD fee, which is added at checkout.

Yes. Checkout is secured by Shopify and supported payment providers. Yuna does not store your complete card details. Always complete payment through the official Yuna checkout.

Enter the code in the discount field during checkout and apply it before payment. The order summary will show the discount when the code is valid for your cart.

Check the spelling, expiry date, minimum order value, eligible products, and whether the code is limited to one use. Some offers cannot be combined. If all conditions are met and it still fails, send us a screenshot before placing the order.

It's automatic — no code needed. Add any 2 or more sets of the same product to your cart (you can mix shades, shapes, or lengths of that set) and 15% off applies automatically at checkout (3 or more sets: 20% off). The discount doesn't combine across different products or collections.

Because press-on nails and beauty products are hygiene-sensitive, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, whether opened or unopened — except for size. If your set doesn't fit, we offer one free size exchange within 48 hours of delivery, as long as it's unused (no adhesive tabs or glue applied). Please measure using our sizing guide before wearing your set. Review the Refund Policy for full details.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear product and packaging photos. Once approved, we will provide a replacement according to our policy.

Refunds are issued when an order is cancelled before fulfilment or when a purchased product becomes unavailable. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Most custom sets take 7-14 days to produce after the design and sizing are approved. Delivery follows our standard courier timeline after dispatch. Highly detailed designs may take longer, and we will confirm the expected schedule before production begins.

Yes. Send clear reference images along with the colours, shape, length, occasion, and any elements you want changed. References guide the design, but handmade details and colour appearance can vary slightly.
