At Yuna Nails, every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure the highest quality experience.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at team@yunanails.in with your order number.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of press-on nails and beauty products, we do not accept returns on any products once delivered.

This includes:

- Ready-made press-on nail sets
- Custom press-on nail sets
- Nail application kits
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Custom Orders

All custom and personalized nail sets are made specifically for you and are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable once production has begun.

If you need to make changes to your custom order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

## Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at team@yunanails.in.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or other suitable resolution at our discretion.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

- Order cancelled before processing
- Product unavailable after purchase
- Approved damaged or defective item claims

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations. Additional charges may apply to COD orders.

If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason, Yuna Nails reserves the right to restrict or disable Cash on Delivery for future purchases associated with the customer.

Orders placed using Cash on Delivery are subject to the same cancellation policy outlined above.
