At Yuna Nails, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation or order verification.
Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on the design and production requirements. Estimated timelines will be communicated during the ordering process.
Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within India only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within:
- Metro cities: 2–5 business days
- Other cities and towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier partners through Shiprocket to deliver your orders across India.
Courier assignment may vary depending on your location and service availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations.
Additional charges may apply to COD orders and will be displayed during checkout.
To maintain reliable delivery service, certain orders may be subject to verification before dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse or disable Cash on Delivery for specific orders, customers, locations, or situations where delivery risk is considered high.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address, phone number, or delivery detail is provided, delivery delays or failed deliveries may occur.
Yuna Nails is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect information provided during checkout.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier partners
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Transportation disruptions
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Other events beyond our reasonable control
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or if you believe your shipment is lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the latest tracking update.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the package (if applicable)
- Details of the issue
We will work with the courier partner to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
